A big reason our customers use us is that they can know the exact cost of their move in advance. Below are conditions that can change the price of the move.

Inventory: Our movers will inventory your items to be moved on the day of the move. They will match their inventory with the inventory you called in or submit below. If the inventory is more or less, your final price will reflect this. As always, our movers will quote you the exact price before the move begins. Call ahead if your point totals change dramatically; we want you to know the price of your move in advance. In addition, we need to be able to schedule the appropriate number of men and time for your move.

Price Level: The movers will also check the level that the move is priced at. We have highly individualized prices to reflect the distance from your residence to the truck. For example, if you live in a townhome, you would not want to spend the same as someone moving out of a third floor apartment. Your sales representative, using the information you provided, placed you in the appropriate price level. Your movers will be able to make on-site assessment to ensure you are placed in the right price level. In most cases your price level will not change. However, in the event of an error, the price of the move will go up or down to reflect the correct price.
